Looking for things to do in Las Vegas?

Getting married in Las Vegas? Here’s 50 fun things to do in Las Vegas! Have you ever wondered “How long should I spend in Las Vegas?” Some couples come to Vegas for a couple of days to get married, and let me tell you that a couple of days is not enough time to enjoy Las Vegas. Your first trip to Las Vegas could be 2 weeks long and you still wouldn’t see half of the things there are to see.
So what is there to do in Las Vegas? Here are some of the most popular.

  1. The Bellagio Fountains. Every 15 minutes through the day you can see the fountain display at Bellagio Hotel + Casino. Hundreds of people gather on the Las Vegas Strip to watch the fountain show. The water is choreographed to the music, and some of the most popular songs are Michael Jackson, Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and the last song of the night is always the National Anthem.

Here you can see some of the crowds of people gathered on the Las Vegas Strip to watch the Bellagio Fountain show. It’s a popular spot for wedding photographs too.

2) This is a little out of the way and will take around an hour to drive to by car. The Bonnie and Clyde death car is located at Whisky Pete’s Casino on the California state-line. It is the original car that Bonnie and Clyde were killed in.

3) Shopping. There are 2 major shopping malls on the Las Vegas Strip. This picture below is H + M inside of Caesars Palace Forum Shops. The Forum Shops are massive and you can easily get lost in there for hours. The other biggest mall is the Miracle Mile shops located inside of Planet Hollywood Hotel + Casino.

4) Check out the architecture inside of Caesars Palace Forum Shops. The inside and outside of Caesars Palace is spectacular, and the famous hotel and casino just celebrated its 50th birthday this year.

Here is another view of Caesars Palace.

5) Las Vegas has many famous filming locations. The Cat Hostel is on the Las Vegas Strip in the older area, and the hostel was used in the movie “The Hangover.” A false chapel front was put in front of the hostel for the movie, and you can see the ‘strippers” sign in the movie. The Neon Museum is another filming location for the movie “Last Vegas” and many more.

6) Elvis slept in different places in Las Vegas. So did Michael Jackson.

7) Excalibur hotel and casino looks like a giant castle from a fairy tale and it’s well known for “Tournament of Kings” and their “Fun Dungeon” – The casino is also featured in the film “Leaving Las Vegas”. The famous offensive restaurant Dicks Last Resort is inside too. (See 19)

This is the more famous sign.

11) Go to the top of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Hotel + Casino. You can see the most amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip. I suggest going around sunset so that you can see the view in the daytime and the nighttime.

12) The Venetian hotel + Casino has gondola rides. I prefer the outdoor gondola rides in the evening. They’re prettier than the indoor gondola rides, and it’s less hot and more romantic in the evening. Beware, the gondola men sing to you and it feels like you’re on an awkward date with somebody you never met and I wasn’t quite sure where to look.

13) The M and M store on the Las Vegas Strip is located between Planet Hollywood and MGM Grand. There’s a cute sign, lots of fun statues, and they even host wedding ceremonies.

14) The Coca Cola store is next to the M and M store, and they sell literally thousands of Coca Cola merchandise. I’ve got a couple of pairs of earrings from there.

15) New York New York hotel and casino is well known for it’s incredible architecture and it’s roller coaster. I don’t know if I will ever have the courage to get on that thing.. Look at it.. Look at it clearly…
