Sky Simone is an Atlanta Wedding Photographer based in Atlanta. This wedding and engagement session was in California. Jeremy + Katelyn currently live in Iowa and had to plan their wedding over the internet as they were planning their wedding to be in San Juan Capistrano California! Katelyn loved this bridge in San Juan Capistrano and really wanted engagement photographs down at the bridge. I loved it because it had a real San Francisco feel. I love this cuddle shot of Katelyn and Jeremy. I think it’s super cute. They’ve been engaged for quite a while now and planning their Southern California wedding in San Juan Capistrano entirely online.
While we were shooting there was a wall that had this interesting shadow casting on it and so I took these fun black and white shadow portraits.
Here they are again, the happy engaged couple skipping away from the beloved bridge.
Jeremy is a bit of a fun guy and Katelyn is definitely a match in that regard, so I knew they wouldn’t mind being silly for the camera and running around. I really love when my engagement shoots capture who the couple actually are.
The next photograph is definitely one of my favourites. It was taken in a small park in San Juan Capistrano Southern California. I just love how it really captures
the winter feel.
Of course Jeremy was happy to act like a monkey and get up on the flying fox.
