Cynthia and Jamil arrived fashionably late to their wedding ceremony at The Japanese Garden – Suiho-En in Reseda Los Angeles.
When Cynthia + Jamil arrived at the ceremony location which was the beautiful Japanese Garden Suiho-En in LA, they were in a hurry to go inside and get married but I asked them to stay in the car together for a few moments for some beautiful portraits. Beauty by Blythe did a gorgeous and flawless job of Cynthia’s makeup.

As the sun was glaring outside, I took some beautiful family photographs indoors so that we could see everyones beautiful face without them having to squint in the sun.

I just love these photographs of Cynthia the bride, playing with her veil and adjusting it to perfection.

Now for the serious part of the ceremony.
As Cynthia and Jamil had a cultural Bangladesh wedding, they had a muslim ceremony and the groom, the men, and some serious paperwork is an important part of that.

At the end of the marriage ceremony the bride receives a lay of flowers from the groom and they exchange rings.
We were given 15 minutes notice by the Japanese Gardens as they had another wedding due to start, and so I took some beautiful bride and groom photographs on the grounds in the limited time we had.
