Natural and Fun Engagement Photographs are best when they’re done with such a good looking couple and a good looking pooch!
Maria + Adam met with me at Lake Mead Las Vegas, and it was my first time shooting there and I absolutely loved it.
Maria + Adam are getting married next year in Ohio which is where they’re from, but they moved to Nevada recently and are Lake Mead regulars so when I suggested a few locations to Maria she picked the lake.

These are some of my favorite photos. I asked Maria to caress her hair like the girls in the jean advertisements, and asked Adam to just stand beside her and look handsome 🙂

Dogs are always great fun on engagement photo-shoots, but they never like it when they can see you and can’t touch you.

Adam and Maria tied the little guy up so we could take some ‘blurry dog in the front, couple in focus in the back’ shots, and vice versa!

…and finally free again 🙂

Before anyone comments ‘Hey that photo of the dog is blurry” I already know! I have mentioned before that sometimes I just love blurry photos especially when they’re a part of a set that tells a story, so I included these ones on the blog because I think they show a lot of personality….. So if anyone comments ‘there’s a blurry photo’ you will look silly 😉

The moon was pretty large that night!
