Charlie had preplanned to propose to Meredith at Cator Woolford Gardens, a beautiful surreal venue location in Atlanta. Meredith thought they were going to a fundraising dinner and that they were getting a shuttle bus to the dinner, and so she was totally surprised when Charlie got down on one knee.
