I like to take something used for bad, and turn it into awesome!
Color isolation is definitely a technique that has long been abused in wedding photography. I’m sure you’ve all seen those photographs where the entire photo is black and white, but the flowers are in color? Well many wedding photographers in social circles will share how they don’t like these images, but instead of exploring a use of color isolation that they do like, they just throw away the technique all together.
The above image I combined a little piece of the sign, and the giant lolly-pop in color, whilst the below shot I made black and white besides the bubblegum bubble I asked the bride to blow!
If you’re looking for an Atlanta Wedding Photographer to bring a splash of color isolation into your Atlanta Wedding Photos I would love to chat to you!
(I’ve always loved bubblegum in wedding photography)
