In this 9 week period that I’m back in Perth, Western Australia, since starting the process of moving myself, my cats, and my photography business to California to be with Joshua, I’ve been back in Perth to shoot some of my last weddings for the year. I caught up with Danielle for a family photo-shoot, with Cory and Jaiden. It wasn’t until a few minutes into the shoot that I asked “Were you a bridesmaid at Ashleigh’s wedding?” and Danielle said yes! She had been wondering if I’d recognize her 18 months later and with lighter hair!
We took some family photographs in this local park. Cory told me that he didn’t smile for photographs, but thankfully as you can tell, Danielle was able to get a lot of laughs out of both him and Jaiden.
From the photos you wouldn’t guess that Cory doesn’t enjoy a good photo smile! Danielle had him constantly laughing.
It’s only normal that one of my photo-shoots should result in a slide.
Then we did an outfit change. The sun was really glary through the trees which made a laying down shot a bit of a challenge.
This jumping shot is one of my favorites.
