Vanessa + Sonny were married at the church at Fairbridge in Pinjarra. It was a warm day, and Vanessa showed up fashionably late. The bridesmaids actually had to stop and hand sew a little part of Vanessa’s dress before walking into the church, which worked out well because it gave us a little extra time for a few more photographs! The wedding ceremony is always the part of the day where you capture the most candid of shots, and so I hope you enjoy these photographs as much as I do.

I just love the laughter in this shot as Sonny has just lifted the veil.

During the signing of the marriage certificate, I always like to take some candid shots of guests chatting as they wait. Vanessa’s mother caught me in action though..

This is what we call ‘The Congratulations’ So here are a couple of hugging shots.

These bridesmaids are professional bubble blowers!

Under the trees we did a lovely group photograph.

Now this is the confusing abstract version. “Everybody else, backs to the camera!”

Of course these aren’t all of the family photographs. I just blog a handful of photos from every section in order to share the story in it’s simplest form. My full day weddings enjoy over a thousand edited images of their day to treasure and keep for years.
